As a business that collects health information from clients, we comply with the APPs regardless of annual turnover.
We collect personal information directly from you — through our website, application forms, the PAR-Q and Waiver, email, and ongoing coaching communication. We do not purchase or source personal information about you from third parties.
Health information is treated as sensitive information and handled with additional care. It is used only to assess your suitability for training and to design and adjust your program safely. We do not disclose your health information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect your health or safety in an emergency.
We may share limited personal information with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor and website or email hosting providers. These providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, using password-protected accounts and reputable third-party platforms.
