From your first push-up to a full planche.
Personalised programming that takes you from wherever you're starting today toward genuinely advanced calisthenics skill — no copy-paste plans, no guessing what comes next.
Coaching is capped at a limited number of clients at a time, so spots fill quickly.
Most people don't fail from lack of effort.
They fail from lack of direction. It's rarely about work ethic — it's the missing progressions, load management, and sequencing that turn general fitness into real skill strength.
You might recognise this
- Hours training, but your strength curve has flatlined
- No idea whether to chase reps, holds, or skill drills next
- A new program every few weeks, never quite finished
- Front lever or planche still feels years away
What actually moves the needle
- A clear progression path mapped to where you are right now
- Strength, skill practice, and mobility trained together
- Regular check-ins so the plan adjusts as you progress
- A long-term roadmap, so you're never guessing what's next
"I'm Spencer. Coaching stays capped at a limited number of people so you're never client number two hundred in a generic program."
I've been coached by elite calisthenics mentors, and now it's my turn to carry that forward. I already have a full-time job as a plumber, but calisthenics coaching is my genuine passion — which is exactly why I keep the roster small enough to actually deliver on.
Every plan is built and adjusted by me personally. Real progress, whatever level you're starting from, built around you — not a template.
The Spenny Cali Method
Every client moves through the same core process, adapted to your starting point and goals — from a first pull-up attempt through to advanced static holds.
Static strength work — presses, levers, handstands — underpins almost everything else in this sport. Every session builds toward the next stage of your roadmap.
Foundations
Base strength, mobility, and movement quality — starting from zero if that's you.
Control
Core, shoulder, and joint control through push-ups, dips, rows, and static holds.
Levers & Statics
Front lever, back lever, and handstand work — the strength skills everything else builds on.
Planche
Progressive planche work, tuck to full, with the patience and volume it actually needs.
Good fit
Probably right for you if this sounds like you.
- You'd rather follow a plan than guess week to week
- You care about strength and how you move, not just appearance
- You want real skills, not another few years of trial and error
- You're ready to commit properly, not just dabble
Not this if
This probably isn't for you.
- You're chasing overnight results
- Consistency isn't something you can commit to right now
- You'd rather collect free tips than apply a program
- Structure and regular feedback aren't what you're after

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already be fit or experienced?
No. Programming starts from exactly where you are — including if you can't yet do a single pull-up. Complete beginners through to advanced trainees chasing planche are both a fit.
Are you certified?
I'm currently completing certification through the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF) Academy — their program covering calisthenics-specific training method and anatomy. Alongside that, my coaching draws on years of hands-on personal training and getting these exact results myself, with close, individual attention to every client rather than a generic template. I'm upfront about where I'm at in that process so you can make an informed decision.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Let me know when you apply. Programming gets built around limitations, not against them.
Why only limited spots?
I'm still working full-time as a plumber alongside coaching. Keeping the roster small is what makes truly personal, hands-on coaching possible right now — no cutting corners.
What happens after the six months?
We'll look at where you're at and decide together — continue coaching, restructure the plan, or set you up to train independently with what you've built.
